How do I set up an account?

Do I have to open an account?
You do not have to be an account holder to book a consignment, and you can pay by credit card without opening an account. However you may be eligible for preferential rates by opening an account. Please contact our team for more information.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply log in and click ‘Booking Request Form’ from the Menu dashboard. Simply enter the details of your consignment using the simple form. Once you are done, click ‘Create Booking Request’ to confirm your order.
Once my account is open how will I be invoiced?
Once your account is open we will invoice you as per your requested invoice choice either by email or paper copy.
Can I pay by credit card?
We are pleased to accept payment via credit cards from all qualifying customers. We are currently accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express (there is an additional charge of 5% for the use of American Express).
What if I cannot find the destination?
Select your ‘Destination Country’ from the top drop down menu. If the city you want is not listed select ‘All Areas’ under the ‘Service’ drop down.
What vehicle should I choose?
Don’t forget to select the best vehicle to pick up your item, using the ‘Prefered Vehicle for Overnight/International Collection’ drop down menu. Should you not be sure about your choice, please do contact us and we will be able to help.
What paperwork do I need for my international shipment?
If you have an account with us then our online system will generate all the necessary paperwork for you. We are also happy to assist you with this if necessary.
If you are a non-account customer then please contact us for advice and assistance. If you are sending goods other than documents outside of the EU then you will need to complete a pro-forma invoice detailing the contents of your shipment for customs purposes.
For some special items you may be required to provide additional paperwork i.e. declaration of specific wood types, commodity codes for electronic items. For any queries please contact us.
What is a POD?
A POD (proof of delivery) can be obtained from our website or verbally if required. We can also automatically email all POD’s to you, if required.
How do I track my shipment online?
To track your shipment, just enter the reference number or airway bill number in the tracking box on the homepage. Or feel free to contact us.
How do I find out my Username and Password?
Enter your email address and follow instructions sent to you.
How do I obtain a POD proof of delivery?
If you have an account with us then PODs will be sent to you by email, or you can access them via your online account.
If you don’t have an account with us then please contact a member of our team who will be happy to give you an update, and email a POD to you.
How can I check international transit times?
- Onflight Couriers offer £50.00 standard liability per consignment for lost or damaged goods in respect of any documents or parcels contained in the shipment.
If the customer wishes or thinks that the goods are valued more than the actual standard liability an additional premium must be taken Onflight Couriers offer additional cover at £50.00 per £1,000.00 per consignment dependent of shipment.
